You may be here because you’re struggling to feel like you’re able to fully participate in your life and relationships.
I believe that, like a garden, life is a truly beautiful place. While it needs care to thrive, it is also full of precious moments to be enjoyed.
But any life also has its turmoils.
There can be stressful, challenging, as well as traumatic events that leave their mark. Our ability to cope with the day-to-day can become hindered.
Like extreme weather that harms our garden, ongoing stress, multiple challenges, and trauma can inhibit our capacity to live our life to the fullest. Ignoring the weather’s effects won’t erase them.
What we can do is turn towards the distress, make sense of it, and develop skills to make different choices.
This takes courage and commitment.
What better way to do that than with a therapist who understands how these traumatic stresses challenges the brain, mind and body and how your garden changes to cope with life and keep going. A cheerleader who believes in your inherent wisdom and ability to heal.
And as you learn how to ride out that extreme weather, and manage the seasons of your life, you’ll also learn to grow that garden anew.

You’ll fill it with fresh possibilities and experiences that enrich your life.
